I loved the hotel's amazing beachfront location and the abundance of shopping areas nearby. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, perfect for a family of four. Despite the mistaken reservation incident, the service was generally lackluster. However, the French pastries were a delightful dining highlight.
I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and perfect for me and my four kids, with big beds and a balcony. The service, however, was a bit off-putting as we felt judged for a reservation mistake. The location right in front of the beach was unbeatable, but being in the busy center of Krabi did have its downsides. The dining options were great, especially for vegetarians, but the organic jams were a highlight. The facilities were top-notch with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
